[Interest] Can't install Qt-5.11.2 on latest Windows 10

Hello! I can’t seem to find any way to install qt-5.11.2 on Windows 10 from either the online installer or the all-in-one open source installer. Surely this isn’t happening for everyone?

I am getting installer errors as in this bug report:

Does anyone know a workaround for this?
