[Interest] moc: undefined interface - only on macOS?

I don't know the *entire* "why", but I found some additional information
(and also a work-around), and I'm pretty sure there is a Qt bug here:
https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-73500. (Additional details are in
the bug report.)
