[Interest] Qt 5.12 for Windows (Static)

Followed as suggested.

1) removed openssl dependency and tried to compile again -> Didn’t work! :(
2) removed -static and -static-runtime options -> Worked! :)

Maybe there is some kind of issue with -static -static-runtime build options

Will fill a bug report.
