Forklift the support from 5.10. A couple of Linux distributions did that for a 
while (notably, OpenSUSE).

5.9.8 is coming and 5.9.9 is likely. But there will be no OpenSSL 1.1 support 
patch accepted to those.

Qt 5.9's lifetime ends before OpenSSL 1.0's.
