Two problems here:

1) you're using GStreamer 0.10. That was initially released in 2005 and 
stopped being supported in 2013. You're 6 years out of date. Upgrade.

2) your installation of GStreamer is broken. You need to install it properly. 
Since you need to do this anyway, upgrade.

The current release is 1.16, from this year.
