[Interest] Qt on windows?

Hi Jason,

Seeing the double equals at the end, I tried decoding that string as 
base64, which gives "rxstation_ui.zip"

Are you sure that directory is actually a folder, or just appears to be 
a folder due to the way Windows Explorer works?
