My pro-File contains:

QMAKE_MAC_SDK = macosx10.15
QMAKE_CFLAGS_RELEASE   = "-mmacosx-version-min=10.13"
QMAKE_CXXFLAGS_RELEASE = "-mmacosx-version-min=10.13"

So - I believe I should use 10.13 as the lowest supported version.

__chkstd_darwin

There might be others but this would be a good starting point.
