[Interest] Build qt 5.14.2 from scratch; enable win32-bluetooth-support

I installed VS2019 and will retry. 

I also have an error during perl init_repository (using ActivePerl): repository not found: 
‘GitHub.com/qt/qtquick3d-assimp.git' is not found.
