[Interest] Build qt 5.14.2 from scratch; enable win32-bluetooth-support

Installed 5.14.2 including sources from Maintenance tool, and reconfigured
at the top level. Things look good so far:

  Styles ................................. Default Fusion Imagine Material
Universal
Qt Quick Templates 2:
  Hover support .......................... yes
