[Interest] Android debugger stopped working

Hello,

I've just found that it is working with a real device (buggy through), 
but not working with emulator. Can this be caused by AMD Ryzen 7 4800H? 
Is this platform supported?

Any suggestions? ...

It used to work on my previous laptop with Intel i5...
