[Interest] Building QtPdf from boot2qt 5.14.1

Hi

It was in labs https://code.qt.io/cgit/qt-labs/qtpdf.git and then it became a part of qtwebengine repo
so it shares build infra (as both qtwebenigne and qtpdf uses Chromium source code).

But yes, it makes sense. Was it available as a separate repo before? The one I found has it's last commit from 2018.
