Click "Details" next to the file in the file listing. For example:
https://download.qt.io/official_releases/qt/6.10/6.10.1/submodules/qtbase-everywhere-src-6.10.1.zip.mirrorlist

That shows the SHA1 and SHA256 hashes too for each file and you can see that 
those exist as downloadable files too. They just don't appear in the file 
listing.
