Please note there are other places inside Qt that only enable certain features 
for MSVC (search for QT_CONFIG(cpp_winrt) in the sources).

I don't know if the cpp_winrt test passes for clang-cl. You may want to look 
into that before making the switch.

Ideally, we'd make sure that all of the features compiled with regular GCC and 
Clang, though. But that's a lot of effort.
