[Interest] Has deployment of QtPdf and QtWebEngine changed between 6.8 and 6.9?

Installed 6.8.2 a while ago using online installer: QtPdf and QtWebEngine included
Installed 6.9.3 just now with the exact same options: QtPdf and QtWebEngine not included.

What has changed?
