[Interest] Font glyph glitch when using D3D12 on Windows - But not with all users

Hi,

After switching to D3D12 as the default renderer on Windows, some users are reporting text glyph glitches. 

Here in the office I have 5 different windows machine and not has this problems. 

Does anyone know why this happens and how can I avoid it? Claude says that I must revert back to D3D11 but this sounds silly. I’m having much better overall performance when using D3D12 and I want to keep it.

Besides that, D3D11 is from 2009 and D3D12 is from 2015. I wonder why D3D11 is still the default in RHI
