[Interest] Unable to create issue in JIRA

Hello Sean,

the "+Create" button requieres JavaScript enabled. Maybe you are using a browser addon that blocks JavaScript until you whitelist a page? Should that be the case, please try by whitelisting the bugtracker Jira.

Hopefully this is a dumb question, but is there a reason I can't create issues on JIRA?

That page shows me logged in and the '+Create' button is enabled and green. However when I click on it, nothing happens. I'm not sure if:
  - that's the correct button to press to attempt to create an issue
  - I'm on the correct page for creating new bugs
  - Is there a delay between creating an account and when I'm able to create an issue?
  - some other reason?

Any help would be appreciated - I've got a bug that only seems to occur in PySide (an equivalent C++ application on the same Qt 6.10.2 seems to work fine) that I'd like to report.
