[Qt-l10n] qt 4.6 and creator 1.3 branches are in string freeze now

hoi translators,

see subject. technically, this announcement comes a bit late, but we
were not that good at sticking to the freeze internally. if you already
updated the translations, you'll have some 10 or so strings to fix up
again.

ps: this is the last announcement of this type which is cc'd to
qt-creator at . please subscribe to qt-l10n@ (i know that some of you
didn't yet ;).
