[Qt-l10n] Translations of Qt Documentation

Hi!

I was looking for translations of the Qt Documentation (more exactly: of
the Qt Tutorials etc.) but I didn’t find something like that. So my
questions are:

 - Are there already translated versions of Qt’s tutorials (e. g. [1])?
 - Am I allowed to publish a translation of the Qt documentation? So: Is
the Qt documentation (L)GPL-licensed, too?
