[Qt-l10n] instructions at QtLocalization

Good morning,
I'm trying to follow the instructions detailed at QtLocalization, with
the purpose  translating Qt libs to Galician lang (gl or gl_ES).
As with other languages, I will re-use the translations that I've
already done for KDE, contained at kdeqt.po.

I have already done:
git clone
git config user.name
git config user.email
git config commit.template

as explained at http://qt.gitorious.org/qt/pages/GitIntroductionWithQt

Now, as I'm working on branch * 4.7 I should run "make ts-gl" or "make
ts-gl_ES" being at qt/ , nevertheless, nothing happens (no target for
make).

Please, advice a solution.
If possible, just create the files for me to edit them.
