[Qt-l10n] New Qt Italian translation

Hi!
I just pushed Italian translation for Qt, Assistant, Linguist, Designer and QtHelp on Gitorious.

Most of the entries are done, except for the ones about Phonon, QtDeclarative, QtScript and about half of QShortcut (I just update some old translations I had for 4.5).

Is there anyone else working on this? What do you think?
What should I do now? A merge request? Or should I wait some feedback?
