it seems as dead as it gets. apparently, it has been contributed for qt 
4.3 by Richard.Fric at kdemail.net. as the kde translation is probably well 
alive, you may want to check with the team 
(http://l10n.kde.org/team-infos.php?teamcode=sk) whether they are 
willing to contribute updates to upstream qt.
