[Qt-l10n] How to make a merge request?

I translate the strings as usual. When i try to make a merge request, i can`t find "qt-creator" in target repo combobox. Which target repo shell we merge the translation into now? Somthing has changed, i can`t find "merge request" button that which i can see other`s request on the qt-creator page either. Can someone tell me how to figure this out?
