[Qt-l10n] Qt 4.8.0 String freeze

Hi,

Qt 4.8.0 hard string freeze is now in effect. Please, no changes to strings from this point, unless approved by the Doc-team. Changing the strings now will cause frustration for people who contribute translations.

For some languages we have already received a lot of changes. If you would like to contribute your own translation please look at the Qt Localization<http://developer.qt.nokia.com/wiki/Qt_Localization> pages.
