[Qt-l10n] Qt Creator 2.4 soft string freeze

Hi all,
with the Qt Creator 2.4 beta released today (http://labs.qt.nokia.com/2011/10/20/qt-creator-2-4-0-beta-released) we also enter the soft string freeze.
So please start having a look at the 2.4 branch, we are eagerly awaiting your contribution :D

In two weeks we'll have the hard string freeze then, with the release candidate currently being planned for 2 weeks after that.
