[Localization] Missing "ca" files from daily updated translations

Hello,

	Page ftp://ftp.qt-project.org/qt/l10n/index.html shows daily updated 
translation files. But for Catalan language ("ca"), files from current stable 
branch 5.3 are missing. I get an error 550 from the server when trying to 
download these "ca" files from that page.

	Does anybody know to fix this issue?

	And, how can I get "ca" 5.4 files from "ca" 5.3 files? Is there any script 
to obtain 5.4 files from 5.3 translations?
