[Localization] Translating Qt installer

Ok but can instructions be written some where?
Do i take / src / sdk / translations / en.ts and make da.ts from that?
And how do i know if someone is working on translating the file/where do 
i tell that i'm starting translation work for danish?

And this file i being used for both the Linux and Windows installer 
right or are there some extra files that also needs to be translated for 
the Windows installer?
