it's an attribute. and it appears to be a placeholder, so it's kinda
pointless to translate it.

Subject: [Localization] Improve l10n-files page

I would like to see this page improved:

First i would like for each file to say the actual procentage of 
translation and not "(n/a)" as it say sometimes.

Secondly i would like to see all the data arranged in <table>.
That would improve the page maybe much.
Instead of writing  qt, qtbase, qtscript, qtquick1, etc. for each 
language we can just write it once at the top of <table>.
And then use <meter> to show the procentage of translation.
