that's only "mostly true". strings that are "long enough" (define a
definite limit!) can be translated regardless of context, but short
strings often enough are bound do the context.

of course, the automatic contexts are actually a poor proxy for proper
string tagging, which is why i pushed this topic before qt 5.0 (find
details in the archives of the qt dev and kde core-devel lists).
unfortunately, there was no-one to actually deal with this.
