Hello,
The Qt project review process requires that all changes be reviewed and approved by at least one person with approver rights. This is to preserve the high quality of the contributions. You can see more information about the review process on the wiki:
https://wiki.qt.io/Gerrit_Introduction
Your translations will be automatically taken to use after 1) someone reviews and approves them (+2) and 2) you push the Submit button to merge them to the repository.
Agreed, it can be a little bit difficult to find reviewers at times, especially in areas without a maintainer or busy maintainers, and that is why you as the contributor need to be active and remind people who have reviewed your changes before. Here, the challenge is probably finding native Danish speakers with approver rights.
Unfortunately, I don’t speak Danish, so I cannot help you with the reviews.
Cheers,
Leena

Betreff: [Localization] Translators should not have to remind to use submitted translations
My "Update danish (da) translation for Qt Creator 4.6"
https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/222046/ that i made 4 month ago
was never used and now im told that i (the translator) need to remind
other to use it after a few days/weeks.
I dont like that.
It would be better for people that know about release dates etc. just
takes the translations have that been uploaded and use them regardless
if other people had the time to comment on them.
Sure it would be great if other people have the time to suggest
improvements but if that is not the case them just use the submitted
translation anyway with the translator having to remind others to use it.
