[Localization] Qt Installer Framework - Localization to Czech (česky)

Hello,



I would like to contribute to Qt Installer Framework translations with a 
translation to Czech language.

This translation could also be used as a fallback on systems with Slovak 
language, until Slovak translation is available (Czech and Slovak languages 
are extremely similar and native speaker of one of the languges is able to
