[Localization] Dear Qt Team, I would like to contribute the translation of "Chinese (Taiwan)" to Qt/QtCreator.

I have a question about contributing translation to Qt Wiki
<https://wiki.qt.io/Main>.
I noticed that there isn't a local option for *Zh_TW*.
Instead, there is only *Zh* for *Zh_CN*.
Is it possible for us to create a new locale  for Qt Wiki?
If so, how to implement it?
