[Localization] Translation into Brazilian Portuguese

Greetings everyone.

I'm currently working on the KDE translations, and the Brazilian team has been
making a great effort to bring the translation to 100%. However, parts of the
KDE interface still depend on the translation of some Qt components. So, my
idea is to update the Brazilian Portuguese translations for the 6.9 branch and
newer releases. I've already created my Qt account and set up my Gerrit
account. I'm sending this message to confirm if anyone is working on the
Brazilian Portuguese translation. Talking to the group working on the KDE
translation, I don't think there's anyone. Anyway, I wanted to send this
message to confirm. I should be sending my first contributions this week. Thank
you all in advance for the support, which I'll definitely need.

Best regards
