[Localization] Adding Swedish translation

Hi all,

I'm trying to commit the Swedish translation (mostly adding, some updating)

Think I did correct on this one

Qt Creator 15
Installer Framework 4.8.1
Qt 5.15.16
Qt 6.8.1
Qt 6.9

Where to commit these? Qt 5 is depreciated?


I think Qt 6.9 is closed for commits for the moment.
