this then extends to the ukrainian translation, which has seen zero
content review.

i guess a good start would be reaching out to the kde translator
community. you can also post a call for help to the development@ list,
though i suspect this won't work too well. i can't help you more, as i'm
not good with these things myself. ask on reddit or ask chatgpt how to
proceed, i guess ...
