We are keeping our tool's port up-to-date with Qt 5 on a weekly base:

Granted, as this is a multi-component piece of software it's as much *for* 
Qt 5 as *with*.

We also have a small number of clients who already switched. But as I 
cannot talk about them without prior permission we'd have to discuss 
solving this via private e-mail if you are interested.
