It can. It's media wiki. Note how the following is valid:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QNX
but this isn't:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QNx
The following are redirects:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qnx
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QnX
(they say "Redirected from")
Media Wiki requires the first letter to be capital, but the rest is case-
sensitive.
