Being from Berlin I can lend you a helping hand. But as a regular attendee of the summit, I want to go to some of the sessions and of course to the plenary sessions. So taking a complete slot might not be an option here or I need to sneak off my slot once in a while :)


I guess we are quite flexible here, especially when more than two people volunteer for one slot, as long as those agree on different sessions :-)

Do you need someone for preparing stuff on Wednesday evening or some additional hands for the registration on Thursday morning?

We cannot enter the premises until early morning, since their previous guests booked until 1am, and they do the reshuffling during the night. Tech preps will be done "dry" on Monday, and we set up registration from 7-8am on Thursday (using Nokia staff for moving things around mostly). It's quite tight, but it also means we can use a lot of helping hands on Thursday in the morning, although 8 should be early enough :-)
