*Very* good! :)

A couple of minor fixes:

Interests -> add "comma separated list". So if you decide to split
them somehow for printing purposes, it's easier to do.

Link to Qt BugReports profile -> Just the JIRA/Gerrit username? It
should make things simpler, I guess...

True. TBH <bikeshedding mode="on"> depending on the country a privacy
policy could also be needed for storing / managing these simple
personal details...</bikeshedding>.
