[Marketing] QtCS budget related questions

Hi, these are the questions open that need to be answered in order to 
have a decent Qt Contributors Summit budget estimate:

We need the answers to know what to ask from the sponsors, and to know 
what can we offer to participants requesting travel support.

Daniel, I have assigned many items to the Nokia Berlin office. Can you 
specify who is in charge of each, please?

Who can help defining (and hopefully organizing) the night event?

We are keeping the budget estimation in an online spreadsheet. The 
people that has access to it are: Quim Gil (budget owner), Daniel 
Molkentin (organizer & local contact), Alexandra Leisse (QtCS 2011 
organizer), Ketil Hoigaard (Qt Partners, looking for sponsors), Patrick 
Yi (Qt Partners, looking for sponsors), Daniel Kihlberg (Nokia sponsorship).

Other sponsors will be added as they come.

The sponsorship packages are being drafted there as well as we speak. 
I'm hoping to reply to the potential sponsors that have contacted me in 
1-2 in order to define the proposal together.
