[Marketing] Meeting C++ 2013 - Call for Papers

Hello QtMarketing!

Today the 2nd edition of the Meeting C++ conference has been announced.
We will meet in Düsseldorf again at the 2nd Weekend of November.

This year there is a 3rd Track, which is a Theme Track about C++ & UI. So talks about Qt/QML would fit very well in it.
