[PySide] PySide 1.1.1 Windows builds

That's great news ! I really depend on those.
I'm currently trying to set up a PC with Windows so that I can build 
PySide too.

BTW, is building PySide on Windows hard ? I mean, on linux, it's rather 
easy and I'd like to know if it's as easy on Win.
