[PySide] PySide_Binding_Generation_Tutorial

I'm new to Pyside and I was trying to follow this tutorial to generate a binding but always have problem finish the last step http://qt-project.org/wiki/PySide_Binding_Generation_Tutorial%3A_Module_5_Building_the_generator

There are always errors like below. Anyone can help me on this? I'm working on WindowsXP with Qt4.8.1, Python27 and PySide1.1.2(installed through a binary installer). Thank you in advance!
