[PySide] PySide and Shiboken 1.2 released

I am happy to see progress, but it's too bad PySide/Tools wasn't released in
conjunction with this.  There are two open pull requests on github, including
my own, which addresses PYSIDE-130 and PYSIDE-131.

What's the best step forward?  Should the tools be integrated with the Qt
repository?  I am willing to take a more active role as maintainer of the
tools, since my work depends on them.  In addition to my github fork, I have
a Qt/gerrit account (nmelchior).
