[PySide] New PySide 1.2.1 packages for Windows

Hi,

I have uploaded new Windows packages for PySide.

The binary packages are now available for all supported Python versions
2.6, 2.7, 3.2 and 3.3 for both 32 and 64bit versions.

Also, from now you can use pip to install new wheel binary package format:

$ pip install --use-wheel pyside
