   Hello.
And wish you a happy new year!

I would like to ask you to take a look, if you have the time, at iCam
(https://code.google.com/p/icam-mobile-revival/ ) , a project that transforms smartphones
in video-surveillance nodes that upload to YouTube/Picasa or a dedicated server.
The project uses mostly the Python language. It works on Symbian, Android, Windows
Mobile and iOS phones - see the Downloads section for binaries. Source code available at
Source.

There is also a desktop application written in PySide/PyQt which displays the uploaded
videos - can be downloaded at
https://code.google.com/p/icam-mobile-revival/source/browse/iCamViewer/iCamViewer.zip .
iCamViewer can also perform video analysis (image and audio).

Please don't hesitate to ask questions and provide feedback.

   Best regards,
       Alex
