[PySide] Qt for Python 5.12.1 released

Hi,

Some might not have noticed that Qt 5.12.1 was released last Friday (see https://blog.qt.io/blog/2019/02/01/qt-5-12-1-released). As a matter of fact, we managed to release Qt for Python 5.12.1 at the same time. If you use PyPi you may have got the release already.

Going forward it is our aim to keep releasing at the same time. Despite our best intentions please bear with us if we don't always manage to match this expectation. In particular feature/minor releases put up quite a few challenges for the team. As time goes on we will get better at it too.
