[PySide] QColumnView: how to make tab mimic arrow keys?

Hi all,

I have been struggling all day trying to make the tab key act like the
right arrow key in a QColumnView (and shift+tab like the left arrow).
I have found several others online with this problem but have not found a
solution.

Does anybody have any clever ideas?
