[PySide] Qt for Python release: 6.8.0 is out!

We are excited to announce the release of 6.8.0. Along with some new features, this release brings several enhancements aimed at increasing the stability, performance and overall development experience of PySide6.

Qt Design Studio Compatibility: New export functionality and PySide6_DS package for running QtDS projects with a Python backend.

Binary Size Reduction: Reduced binary sizes by around 10%, with ongoing efforts to further minimize size.

Improved Python Stubs (Type Hints): Fixed issues with return types and improved compatibility with mypy.

Research on Dynamic Bindings: Exploring ways to simplify binding generation using QMetaObject and QMetaType for dynamic bindings in QObjects.

Flatpak Installation: Instructions for installing PySide6 BaseApp via Flatpak for easier application development.
  *
Android Wheels for PySide6: Availability of pre-built Android wheels for easier packaging with the `pyside6-android-deploy` CLI tool.
  *
New Tool - pyside6-svgtoqml: Tool to convert SVG documents into QML files for QtQuick applications.
