I've added basic support for MinGW. The probe tool on Windows looks for gcc in the PATH and checks if its a MinGW gcc. I've reused the cpp modules for Linux gcc. At least building tests/manual/hello worked. Building DLLs is most probably not yet working. Have fun, Jörg
