[QBS] Make a lib for easy IDE integration

I have an idea that we should make a lib that belongs to qbs (libqbs??)
that handles qbs-related commands such as adding/removing/renaming files,
listing files and directory of the project, ect. The IDE just need to link
to the lib and use it to get information, doing things. That way all the
qbs-related parsing will be done by qbs itself, and the IDE is just a
client, IDEs don't need to know how qbs and its language work, it would
make integration very easy.
How do you think?
